“Where are you going?”
“Back to the beginning of all this sh**#t.”
Thanks to the handful of Orphan Black teaser clips that have been slowly surfacing ahead of the upcoming premiere, we know that Sarah and her sestras are on a renewed mission this season: to find out where and how the cloning experiments that brought them all into existence originated. And now we know when their dangerous task will begin. The fourth season of the show will air at a new time—it kicks off on Thursday April 14 at 10pm on Space.
Season four starts with Sarah making her way back from the family reunion she had with Kira in Iceland “to track down an elusive new ally tied to Beth’s past. With the stakes higher than ever before, Sarah follows Beth’s footsteps into a dangerous relationship with a potent new enemy, and seeks to uncover the missing chapter of the clone conspiracy.” The new season promises more danger, more intrigue, and yes—more clones. Check out the ominous teaser art below:
There’s that creepy sheep mask again. What does it mean? There are obvious connections to cloning (remember Dolly?) but what we’re dying to know is how it connects to this season’s storyline—does “back to the beginning of all this sh**#t” indicate that Sarah intends to blow the lid off of the cloning industry in its entirety? Wonder what the corporate interests at Topside will have to say about that…
